So how do you make the most out of a coworking space?
Make sure that you DO use it.
Don’t over rent. If you only need to be there a few times a month, rather than every day, then use the space when you need it and save the extra fees for your business expenses.
Use the amenities that are available
If your coworking space has extra amenities that you can use, make use of them. Especially if they’re included in their fees.
If they are extra, but built into your fees, then make sure you will need them since you are paying for them.
Finally, if the amenities that you need are Ala-carte, then great as you only need to pay for them as needed.
Be neat
This is very important if you are in a shared or common space, even if you are messy at home, try to be neat at your new coworking space.
First, there may be rules about neatness and secondly, leaving your stuff laying out & around brings up the opportunity for your work to get lost or accidentally trashed.
Know & follow the spaces rules
Find out the spaces rules and follow them to the “T”. If there is some weird rule that you are uncomfortable with or simply do not like, do not join that space.
